We do NOT cancel orders. Please do not ask. Every time an order is placed, we are charged fees on that order. If it’s canceled we still have to pay those fees.
SALE ITEMS and PREORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. As stated at the top of website, in the ad emails, ad posts and at checkout.
We accept returns within 14 days upon delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received purchase, unfortunately we CAN NOT offer you a refund or exchange as we are constantly changing items. If you do not contact Lure and return the package past the 14 days, we will refuse your package. Please respect the return policy.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You will not be refunded the shipping you paid to receive the item.
We do not Exchange
Instead simply purchase the item/size that you need from the website ASAP and ship back the other item that doesn’t work. You will be refunded once we receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not in its original condition, appears to be worn or washed, or SMELLS like smoke/foul odor, your return will NOT be accepted.
We do not accept products that are intimate such as under garments and bathing suits.

Face masks that are taken out of plastic
Clearance & Sale items. If you used a sales code then the item is considered a sale item.
Clearance & sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow a few days after for us to process the return after we receive it. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
